Abstract： Panic disorder is a typical psychosomatic disease. Perimenopausal women have a high incidence， which seriously affects their physical and mental health and quality of life. HAN Yanhua has a deep understanding of the etiology， pathogenesis and physiological and pathological characteristics of perimenopausal panic disorder，and has formed a mature diagnosis and treatment idea. This theory is applied to the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine，and the methods of benefiting the kidney and soothing the liver，simultaneous treatment of body and mind，combination of acupuncture and medicine have achieved great results.
