Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao capsules combined with leuprorelin acetate for idiopathic precocious puberty in girls. Methods：A total of 90 cases of girls with idiopathic precocious puberty were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given subcutaneous injection with leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection，and the observation group was additionally treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao capsules based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment，Chinese medicine syndrome scores，ovarian volume，uterine volume，mammary gland volume，levels of sex hormones including follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)， luteinizing hormone(LH) and estradiol(E2)， and left and right mammillary nucleus indexes in the two groups were compared. The clinical effects were counted. Results：The total effective rate was 91.1% in the observation group and 68.9% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment， Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the difference being significant (P＜0.05). After treatment，the ovarian volume，uterine volume and mammary gland size in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the ovarian volume， uterine volume and breast size in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，levels of sex hormones including FSH， LH and E2 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the three levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， left and right mammillary nucleus indexes in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the two indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Danzhi Xiaoyao capsules combined with leuprorelin acetate for idiopathic precocious puberty in girls has a significant curative effect，and can effectively improve clinical symptoms，reduce hormone levels and improve secondary sex character.
