Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Tongluo Yuyang tang combined with point application and massage in the intervention of peptic ulcer. Methods：A total of 72 cases of patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with quadruple therapy and routine nursing， and the observation group was additionally treated with Tongluo Yuyang tang， point application and point massage based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were intervened for 28 days. The clinical effect and helicobacter pylori(Hp) clearance rate in the two groups were compared； before and after intervention， the scores of Chinese medicine syndrome and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) in the two groups were compared. Results： After intervention， the scores of Chinese medicine syndrome and VAS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention(P＜0.05)， and the scores above in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Hp clearance rate was 97.22% in the observation group， higher than that of 77.78% in the control group(P＜0.05). The cured and markedly effective rate was 100% in the observation group， higher than that of 83.33% in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Tongluo Yuyang tang combined with point application and massage for peptic ulcer can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients， relieve pain， and improve Hp clearance rate.
