Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Weisu granules combined with quadruple therapy for chronic gastritis with helicobater pylori(Hp) positive. Methods： According to the odd- even number method， a total of 72 cases of chronic gastritis patients with Hp positive were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group ，both groups 36 cases. The control group was treated with quadruple therapy，and the observation group was additionally treated with Weisu granules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four weeks and followed up for six months. The Chinese medicine symptom scores and inflammatory factors levels in serum before and after treatment and the clinical effects，and eradication rates and recurrence rates of Hp in the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate was 97.22% in the observation group， higher than that of 77.78% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the scores of epigastric pain，rib-sides pain and belching in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above Chinese symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， the levels of interleukin- 4(IL- 4)， interleukin- 10(IL- 10) and interleukin- 17 (IL-17) in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels of IL- 4， IL- 10 and IL- 17 in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The Hp eradication rate was 75.00% in the observation group，higher than that of 52.78% in the control group(P＜0.05). After sixmonth follow-up，the recurrence rate was 5.71% in the observation group，lower than that of 25.00% in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion： Weisu granules combined with quadruple therapy has a good curative effect in treating chronic gastritis with Hp positive， and can improve their clinical symptoms and Hp eradication rates， relieve inflammatory responses，and reduce recurrence.
