Abstract:Objective:To explore the nursing effect of amiodarone combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia. Methods: 110 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups. 55 patients in the control group were treated with amiodarone;55 cases in the observation group were treated with amiodarone combined with Danhong injection, and then combined with nursing intervention. Fibrinogen, plasma specific viscosity, hematocrit, whole blood viscosity at low shear rate, whole blood viscosity at high shear rate, procalcitonin(PCT), C- reactive protein(CRP), interleukin- 6(IL- 6), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:The hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were improved after intervention, and the hemodynamic indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05). After the intervention, the inflammatory factors in the two groups were improved. After intervention, the inflammatory factors PCT, CRP and IL- 6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the blood lipid in the two groups was improved. After intervention,HDL-C in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while LDL-C,TC and TG were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Amiodarone combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia combined with nursing intervention can effectively improve patients' clinical symptoms, expand blood vessels, reduce blood viscosity and reduce their inflammatory reaction.
