Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of eucalyptus pine- enteric soft capsules combined with Biyuan Tongqiao granules for sinusitis on the treatment of sinusitis. Methods：A total of 80 patients with sinusitis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table， with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clarithromycin tablets， and the observation group was additionally treated with Biyuan Tongqiao granules combined with eucalyptus pine- enteric- soluble soft capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The levels of serum inflammatory factors ， including interleukin- 6(IL- 6)， tumor necrosis factor- α(TNF- α)， hypersensitive C- reactive protein(hs- CRP)， and Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups were observed before and after treatment， and the clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions in both groups were evaluated. Results： The total effective rate was 92.50% in the observation group，higher than that of 75.00% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference in the levels of serum hs-CRP，IL-6 and TNF-α between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment，the levels of serum hs-CRP，IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment， and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference in the comparison of the Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment，the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00% in the control group and 7.50% in the observation group，there being no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of eucalyptus pine-enteric soft capsules combined with Biyuan Tongqiao granules has a good effect on the treatment of sinusitis，which can effectively relieve the inflammatory reactions and clinical symptoms with less adverse reactions.
