Abstract： Objective： To observe the effect of point application combined with auricular point pressing with beans on gastrointestinal function in patients after laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods： A total of 80 cases of patients with hysteromyoma treated with laparoscopic myomectomy were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing，and the observation group was additionally intervened with point application combined with auricular point pressing with beans based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were intervened for four days. The clinical effects，the anal exsufflation time， the recovery time of peristalsis and the number of bowel sounds per minute in the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group，higher than that of 75.00% in the control group(P＜ 0.05). The anal exsufflation time and the recovery time of peristalsis in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.01)， and the number of bowel sounds per minute was more(P＜0.01). Conclusion： Point application combined with auricular point pressing with beans for patients after laparoscopic myomectomy can promote peristalsis and improve gastrointestinal function.
