Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Jiao'ai tang combined with dydrogesterone on the treatment of fetal restless of cold congealing and blood stasis type and its influence on the hormone level of patients. Methods:A total of 80 cases with fetal restless of cold congealing and blood stasis type were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dydrogesterone, and the observation group was additionally treated with Jiao'ai tang on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for three weeks. The clinical effect and the Chinese medicine syndrome score, levels of serum progesterone(P), estradiol(E2) and β- human chorionic gonadotropin(β- HCG) before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Adverse pregnancy nodules were recorded in the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group, higher than that of 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, The levels of serum P, E2 and β- HCG in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was 15.00% , lower than that of 35.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Jiao'ai tang combined with dydrogesterone can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with fetal restless of cold congealing and blood stasis type and improve the pregnancy outcome.
