Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of ectopic pregnancy prescription combined with mifepristone in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods：A total of 60 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mifepristone， and the observation group was additionally treated with ectopic pregnancy prescription based on the treatment of the control group. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms，the levels of serum β- chorionic gonadotropin( β- HCG) and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group and 70.00% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The disappearance time of abdominal pain，the stop time of vaginal bleeding，the time for HCG values to return to normal and the disappearance time of pelvic lumps in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of serum β-HCG levels between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment，β-HCG levels in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33% in the observation group， lower than that of 26.67% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of ectopic pregnancy prescription combined with mifepristone has significant curative effect in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy，which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce hormone levels with high safety.
