    目的:观察电针配合本体感觉神经肌肉促进术(PNF) 对脑卒中下肢功能障碍的本体感觉、运动功能及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法:选取66 例脑卒中下肢功能障碍患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各33 例。对照组予以常规康复训练,观察 组在对照组的基础上给予电针联合PNF 治疗。观察2 组治疗前后的本体感觉测试结果及运动功能、日常生活活动能力。结果:治疗前,2 组多轴平均轨迹差(ATE) 和测试执行时间(TTE) 比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2 组ATE、TTE值均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);结合2 组差值大小,观察组本体感觉好转程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2 组简化Fugl-Meyer 运动功能(FMA) 评分和改良Barthel 指数(MBI) 评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2 组FMA、MBI 评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);结合2 组差值大小,观察组运动功能及日常活动能力好转程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用电针配合PNF 治疗脑卒中下肢功能障碍,可有效改善患者本体感觉及运动功能、日常生活活动能力。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF) on intervening the proprioception, motor function, and activity of daily living of patients with stroke complicated with lower limb disorder. Methods:A total of 66 cases with stroke complicated with lower limb disorder were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,33 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group was additionally treated with electroacupuncture combined with PNF based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment,test results of proprioception, motor function, and activity of daily living were observed in the two groups. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of multiaxial average track error(ATE) and test time execution(TTE) between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,ATE and TTE in the two groups were improved(P<0.05). Combined with the difference between the two groups,the improvement of proprioception in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and Modified Barthel Index(MBI) between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,scores of FMA and MBI in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);combined with the difference between the two groups,the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of stroke complicated with lower limb disorder, the therapy of electroacupuncture combined with PNF can effectively improve proprioception,motor function,and activity of daily living.
