Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of Chinese medicine on blood lipid levels，limb function and activity of daily livin in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods：A total of 80 cases of patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hyperlipidemia were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention， and the observation group was additionally given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of Chinese medicine based on the treatment of the control group. The differences of blood lipid levels，limb function and activity of daily living before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results：Before nurse，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of total cholesterol(TC)， triglyceride(TG)， high- density lipoproteincholesterol( HDL- C) and low- density lipoprotein- cholesterol(LDL- C) in serum between the two groups(P＞0.05). After nurse，the levels of HDL- C in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels of TC，TG and LDL-C were decreased(P＜0.05)；the improvement of above indexes in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Before nurse，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Function(FMA) and Modified Barthel Index(MBI) between the two groups(P＞0.05). After nurse，the scores of FMA and MBI in the observation group were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the scores of FMA and MBI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The intervention of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of Chinese medicine for patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hyperlipidemia can improve blood lipid levels， restore limb function and enhance their activity of daily living，whose curative effect is better than that of routine nursing.
