    目的:观察针刺联合耳穴贴压法治疗儿童孤独症语言障碍的临床效果。方法:选取孤独症语言障碍患儿80 例,随机均分为观察组和对照组各40 例。对照组给予针刺治疗,观察组给予针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗。观察比较2 组临床疗效,分别于治疗前后采用图片词汇量表检测2 组患儿图片词汇识别能力,采用社会适应行为量表评估适应社会能力,采用听觉统合训练疗效评估表评估各主要临床症状的改善情况。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.0%,对照组为75.0%,2 组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2 组图片词汇识别能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿图片词汇识别能力较治疗前提高(P<0.05),且观察组图片词汇识别能力优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患儿图片词汇识别能力与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,2 组社会适应行为商数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2 组社会适应行为商数均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),且观察组社会适应行为商数高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组不理解指令、缺乏主动语言、词汇量少及语言混用、语言障碍、自言自语及学舌、不主动与人交流等听觉统合训练临床症状4、5 级患儿分别占22.5%、27.5%、32.5%、37.5%、45.0%、37.5%,对照组分别占45.0%、50.0%、62.5%、67.5%、67.5%、72.5%,2 组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合耳穴贴压疗法治疗儿童孤独症语言功能障碍,可有效提高患儿图片词汇识别及社会适应能力,促进患儿康复,临床疗效显著。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing on children with autism language disorder. Methods:A total of 80 children with autism language disorder were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture, and the observation group was treated with the therapy of acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing. The clinical effect in the two groups was observed and compared. Before and after treatment,the Picture Words Scale was used to test the children's picture word recognition ability;the Social Adaptive Behavior Scale was used to evaluate the ability to adapt to society;and the Auditory Integration Training Scale was used to evaluate the improvement of the main clinical symptoms. Results:The total effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group and 75.0% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in recognition ability of picture words between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the recognition ability of picture words in the observation group was improved when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the ability in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significance in the recognition ability of picture words in the control group when compared with that before treatment(P>0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the social adaptive behavior quotient between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the social adaptive behavior quotient in both groups was increased when respectively compared with that before treatment(P<0.05), and the social adaptive behavior quotient in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the proportion of clinical symptoms of Auditory Integration Training(including incomprehension of instructions, lack of active language, small vocabulary and mixed use of language,language disorders,self-speaking and glossing,and non-actively communicating with others) was 22.5% , 27.5% , 32.5% , 37.5% , 45.0% and 37.5% , respectively, and that in the control group was 45.0%,50.0%,62.5%,67.5%,67.5% and 72.5%,respectively;the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing for children with autism language disorder can effectively improve the recognition ability of picture words and social adaptability of them, and promote the rehabilitation, with significant clinical effect.
