Abstract： Objective： To analyze the administration rules of Prof. YUAN Hongxia in treating precancerous lesions of stomach cancer by data mining technology. Methods：The prescriptions of 105 valid cases were collected，and the methods of frequency statistics，attribute analysis of Chinese herbs，association analysis and cluster analysis in Ancient and Modern Medical Cases Cloud Platform(V2.2.3) were used for data mining to analyze the rule and characteristics of administration. Results： Among the 105 prescriptions， there were 31 kinds of herbs which were used more than 15 times， and their medicinal flavors were mainly bitter，acrid and sweet；their properties were warm and neutral；and they entered into the spleen， stomach and lung meridians. The top seven herbal pairs were Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens- Fructus Jujubae， Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle- Rhizoma Pinelliae， Fructus Jujubae- Rhizoma Pinelliae， Radix Bupleuri-Rhizoma Pinelliae，Radix Scutellariae-Rhizoma Pinelliae，Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens-Rhizoma Pinelliae，and Radix Bupleuri-Radix Scutellariae. Three core combinations were obtained by evolution. Conclusion：Prof. YUAN believes that the weakness of spleen and stomach and the imbalance of qi， blood and water are the main pathogenesis of precancerous lesions，and the main syndrome is deficiency of middle energizer and qi counterflow. In clinical prescription，the herbs used should be neutral and soft， strengthening the spleen and stomach and regulating the normal movement of qi， blood and water to regulate precancerous lesions.
