Abstract： Objective： To study the clinical effect of Ziyin Shujin powder combined with relaxing sinews and pressing points for spastic cerebral palsy in children. Methods：A total of 74 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy were divided into two groups according to the envelope method，37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training，and the study group was additionally treated with Ziyin Shujin powder combined with relaxing sinews and pressing points based on the treatment plan of the control group，with three months being a course of treatment. After two courses， the improvement of clinical effect， motor function and muscle strength in the two groups were compared. Results： After treatment， the scores of Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM)， Fine Motor Function Measure(FMFM)， Peabody Developmental Motor Scale- Fine Motor(PDMS FM) and Ashworth scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05). The total effective rate of Chinese medicine clinical effect was 91.89% in the study group，higher than that of 78.38% in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Ziyin Shujin powder combined with relaxing sinews and pressing points has a synergistic effect in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy in children，which can effectively improve their muscle strength and restore motor function.
