Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsules for migraine. Methods：A total of 150 cases of patients with migraine were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method，75 cases in each group. The control group was given oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride tablets，and the study group was orally treated with Tongxinluo capsules. Both groups were treated for two courses，four weeks being one course. The clinical effect in the two groups was observed and compared. Before and after treatment， the changes in the levels of neutrophil- to- lymphocyte ratio(NLR) and monocyte- to- lymphocyte ratio(MLR) in peripheral blood and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) scores in the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results： After treatment， the total effective rate was 93.33% in the study group and 70.67% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Before treatment， there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the expression levels of NLR and MLR in peripheral blood between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment，the levels of NLR and MLR in peripheral blood in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the two levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Before treatment， there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of VAS scores between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment，VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Before treatment， there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the frequency and duration of incidence between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment，the frequency and duration of incidence in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the two indexes in the study group were less than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Tongxinluo capsules for migraine can effectively improve disease conditions and clinical effect，and decrease the levels of NLR and MLR and the VAS scores.
