Clinical Study on Modified Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Tang for Ventricular Premature Beats Caused by Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗冠心病室性早搏的临床疗效。方法:选取90 例冠心病室性早搏患者,根据不同治疗方式分成对照组和观察组各45 例。对照组给予丹参川芎嗪注射液、阿司匹林肠溶片及辛伐他汀片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗,2 组均连续治疗1 个月。比较2 组临床疗效及不良反应发生率;比较2 组治疗前后24 h 动态心电图室性早搏总数、心率减速力。结果:观察组总有效率为86.7%,高于对照组的68.9%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2 组24 h 动态心电图室性早搏总数均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),心率减速力均较治疗前增大(P<0.05);观察组24 h 动态心电图室性早搏总数少于对照组(P<0.05),心率减速力大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为8.9%,对照组不良反应发生率为15.6%,2 组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗冠心病室性早搏疗效可靠,可有效降低24 h 动态心电图室性早搏总数,提高心率减速力,且安全性高。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objectives: To observe the clinical effect of modified Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli tang for ventricular premature beats caused by coronary heart disease. Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients with ventricular premature beats caused by coronary heart disease were divided into the control group and the observation group according to their different treatments, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection, aspirin enteric- coated tablets and simvastatin tablets, and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were continuously treated for one month. The clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Before and after treatment,the total numbers of ventricular premature beats in 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram and deceleration capacity of heart rates in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 86.7% in the observation group,higher than that of 68.9% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the total number of ventricular premature beats of 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the deceleration capacity of heart rate was increased(P<0.05); the total number of ventricular premature beats of 24- hour ambulatory electrocardiogram in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the deceleration capacity of heart rate was larger(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.9% in the observation group and 15.6% in the control group,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:Modified Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli tang for ventricular premature beats caused by coronary heart disease has reliable curative effect and can effectively reduce the total number of ventricular premature beats in 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram,and enhance the deceleration capacity of heart rate,with high safety.
