Abstract: Objective: To observe the application effect of Chinese medicine retention enema on patients after tubal anastomosis. Methods:A total of 52 cases of sterilization patients undergoing tubal anastomosis were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method, 26 cases in each group. Both groups were given tubal anastomosis and routine postoperative guidance, and the study group was additionally given Chinese medicine retention enema. After treatment, both groups were given hysterosalpingography, and the tubal patency was evaluated. The rates of intrauterine pregnancy, the clinical effect and the incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results:The tubal patency rate was 92.31% in the study group, higher than that of 69.23% in the control group(P<0.05). The rate of intrauterine pregnancy was 80.77% in the study group, higher than that of 50.00% in the control group(P<0.05); the clinical effect in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.85% in the study group, significantly lower than that of 23.08% in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine retention enema for patients after tubal anastomosis can improve the tube patency, promote intrauterine pregnancy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
