Abstract：Based on the principle of "overall spinal balance"，Prof. BAO Tiezhou believes that the sacroiliac joint disorders are mostly caused by the disruption of lumbosacral stability， resulting in the disorder of functional position. To restore and maintain the lumbosacral balance and alleviate the clinical symptoms， the patients should be treated with "chiropractic therapy" to treat the sacroiliac joint disorders.
