Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine emotional nursing intervention on psychological state of patients with myocardial infarction. Methods:A total of 104 cases of patients with myocardial infarction were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 52 cases in each group. Both groups were given symptomatic treatment;the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine emotional nursing intervention based on the treatment of the control group. The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) before and after intervention as well as the nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results:Before intervention, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 98.08% in the observation group, higher than that of 84.62% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The intervention of Chinese medicine emotional nursing can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients undergoing myocardial infarction, thus improving their satisfaction.
