Abstract： Objective： To observe the effect of Yishen Tiansui tang combined with pregabalin on immune function of neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury. Methods： A total of 136 cases of patients with neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method，68 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pregabalin，and the study group was additionally treated with Yishen Tiansui tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 20 days. The clinical effect and the recovery of immune function in the two groups were compared. Results：After treatment，the total effective rate of clinical effect was 92.65% in the study group and 80.88% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After one course of treatment，the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA)，immunoglobulin G(IgG)，CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in serum in the study group were higher than those in the control group， and the level of CD8 + was lower， differences being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Yishen Tiansui tang combined with pregabalin has definite curative effect in treating neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury，which can restore the immune function of patients and effectively promote the prognosis.
