Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Huwei Quyou tang combined with quadruple therapy for helicobacter pylori-induced gastritis. Methods：A total of 134 cases of patients with helicobacter pylori-induced gastritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group， 67 cases in each group. The control group was given quadruple therapy，and the treatment group was additionally treated with Huwei Quyou tang based on the treatment of the control group. After two-week treatment，the clinical effect，the Hp negative conversion rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results：The total effective rate was 94.03% in the treatment group and 83.58% in the contrl group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the Hp negative conversion rate was 94.03% in the treatment group and 80.60% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.42% in the treatment group and 17.91% in the control group，there being no significant difference(P＞0.05). Conclusion：Huwei Quyou tang combined with quadruple therapy for helicobacter pylori-induced gastritis can improve clinical effect and Hp negative conversion rate，and dose not increase the adverse reactions.
