Abstract： Through the analysis of the connotation of Chinese medicine thinking， the problems in the cultivation of Chinese medicine thinking，and the thinking on its training path，a new mode of interdisciplinary “3+2” of the connotation of Chinese medicine thinking under the background of new medical science is constructed， and three training paths of Chinese medicine thinking are put forward，namely the integration of interdisciplinary teaching content，the consolidation of apprentice education and classical education as well as the scientific construction based on the classification and evaluation standards of thinking level.
