Abstract： This paper mainly introduces Professor FENG Chonglian's thought and medication experience of applying harmonization treatment method of Xiaochaihu tang to treat abnormal vaginal discharge. Professor Feng thinks that the main pathogenesis of abnormal vaginal discharge is liver constraint and spleen deficiency，and damp-heat pouring downward. In terms of treatment，it is advisable to apply Xiaochaihu tang to regulate and harmonize the liver and spleen，and harmonize shaoyang，which are to treat the root，with heat- clearing，dampness- removing and vaginal discharge- arresting drugs to quickly treat the branch.
