Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ginkgo leaf extract dipyridamole injection for cerebral infarction and its effect on hemodynamics. Methods:A total of 162 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the study subjects, and divided into the control group and the experiment group according to their medication regimens,81 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the experiment group was additionally treated with ginkgo leaf extract dipyridamole injection based on the treatment of the control group. The curative effect, the scores of neurologic impairment, the changes in hemodynamics as well as the scores of Modified Barthel Index(MBI) and Fugl- Meyer Assessment(FMA) in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 97.5% in the experiment group, higher than that of 85.2% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the National Institntes of Health Stoke Scale(NIHSS) scores and hemodynamic indexes in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the scores of MBI and FMA were increased(P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS scores and hemodynamic indexes in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of MBI and FMA were higher(P< 0.05). Conclusion:The application of ginkgo leaf extract dipyridamole injection for cerebral infarction has good clinical effect and can improve hemodynamics of patients
