Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Liujunzi pills for helicobacter pylori infection of spleen- stomach deficiency type. Methods：A total of 120 cases of patients diagnosed as helicobacter pylori infection were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group， 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with quadruple therapy，namely proton pump inhibitors，bismuth and two antibiotics；the experiment group was additionally treated with Liujunzi pills based on the treatment of the control group. The clearance of helicobacter pylori and the improvement of main symptoms in the two groups were observed and compared. Results：The total effective rate was 78.33% in the experiment group and 48.33% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment， the clearance of helicobacter pylori was 75.00% in the experiment group and 43.33% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜ 0.05). Conclusion： Based on routine western medicine of quadruple therapy， the additional treatment of Liujunzi pills for helicobacter pylori infection of spleen-stomach deficiency type can effectively improve the clearance of helicobacter pylori and clinical symptoms.
