Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bazhen Yimu capsules combined with mifepristone for intrauterine pregnancy residues (IPR). Methods:A total of 74 cases of IPR patients were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the randomized controlled principle, 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mifepristone, and the observation group was additionally treated with Bazhen Yimu capsules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two weeks. The clinical effect, vaginal bleeding time, hospitalization time and excretion rate of intrauterine residues in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 97.30% in the observation group, higher than that of 83.78% in the control group(P<0.05). The vaginal bleeding time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The excretion rate of intrauterine residues was 94.59% in the observation group, higher than that of 81.08% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Bazhen Yimu capsules combined with mifepristone for IPR can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, shorten the vaginal bleeding time and hospitalization time, and promote the discharge of intrauterine residues.
