Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine nursing measures combined with routine nursing intervention on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and nursing satisfaction of patient after surgery for gastric perforation. Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients who underwent surgery for gastric perforation were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was additionally given intervention of Chinese medicine nursing based on the nursing of the control group. Both groups were observed and treated for three months.The clinical effect, nursing satisfaction and postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 95.35% in the observation group and 76.74% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After intervention,the time for the recovery of bowel sound,recovery of anal exhaust and the first defecation in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 97.67% in the observation group and 74.42% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients after surgery for gastric perforation, the intervention of Chinese medicine nursing combined with routine nursing can enhance clinical effect and quicken the recovery of gastrointestinal function,which has high nursing satisfaction and better curative effect .
