Clinical Study of Superficial Needling Combined with Three-in-One Therapy of Mus⁃ cle Activation on Spam of Musculus Triceps Surae During Stroke Recovery Period
Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of superficial needling combined with three-in-one therapy of muscle activation on spam of musculus triceps surae during stroke recovery period. Methods: A total of 76 cases of patients with spam of musculus triceps surae during stroke recovery period were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with three-in-one therapy of muscle activation, and the study group was additionally treated with superficial needling based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. The improvement of musculus triceps surae degree of spam, the range of motion of ankle joint, and neuroelectrophysiology indexes before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 86.84% in the study group, and 60.53% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, scores of Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);passive range of motion(PROM) of joint in the two groups was increased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05), and PROM in the study group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, H reflex latency of tibial nerve in the two groups was prolonged when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the latency in the study group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05);the ratio of maximal H reflex to maximal M wave (Hmax/Mmax) in the two groups was decreased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and Hmax/Mmax in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of spam of musculus triceps surae during stroke recovery period, the therapy of superficial needling combined with three- in- one therapy of muscle activation can effectively decrease the spam degree and improve the range of motion of ankle joint and neuroelectrophysiology indexes.
