Abstract： Precancerous lesions of gastri cancer(PLGC) is an important stage in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer． Prevention and treatment of PLGC is an important link in truncating the occurrence of gastric cancer， and Chinese medicine has unique advantages in this respect. Disease risk assessment and early warning are the research focus of western medicine in the prevention and treatment of chronic non- communicable diseases， which is similar to the idea of treating disease before it arises in Chinese medicine. Based on the theoryof treating disease before it arises in Chinese medicine， this paper discusses the risk factors and early warning of PLGC from the perspectives of constitution classification， life events or objective factors， hoping tomake contributions to the construction of early warning models of integrated Chinese and western medicine disease syndromes of PLGC，so as to provide a new idea to play a realistic role in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.
