Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine sitz bath combined with nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules for mycotic vaginitis. Methods： A total of 96 cases of patients with mycotic vaginitis were divided into the observation group and the control group according to odd and even of the tail number of the cases，48 cases in each group． The control group was treated with nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules，and the observation group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine sitz bath based on routine treatment. After three-month treatment ， the clinical effect and the recurrence rate in the two groups were observed and compared， and at the same time the changes in clinical symptom scores in the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results： The total effective rate was 95.83% in the observation group and 77.08% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The recurrence rate was 4.35% in the observation group and 27.03% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of clinical symptom scores of pruritus vulvae， leukorrhea amount，painful sexual intercourse and perineal burning pain between the two groups(P＞0.05)；after treatment， the above clinical symptom scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Chinese medicine sitz bath combined with nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules for mycotic vaginitis can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients，improve the clinical effect，and reduce the recurrence rate，whose curative effect is better than that of simple western medicine treatment.
