Abstract：Objective：To observe the curative effect of Danshen Injection combined with montelukast sodium on children with hypersensitive purpura(HSP) and its effect on immune function. Methods： A total of 70 cases of HSP children were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method， 35 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatments after admission；the control group was additionally treated with montelukast sodium，and the observation group was additionally given Danshen injection based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were continuously treated for 14 days. The clinical effect，the improvement of symptoms，and changes in indexes of immune function were recorded in the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 91.43% in the observation group， and 71.43% in the control group(P＜0.05). The disappearance time of purpura， abdominal pain， joint pain， vomiting and the kidney injury in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Before treatment，when compared the expression rates of T lymphocytes CD3+，CD3+/CD4+ and CD19+ between the two groups， there was no significance being found in the difference(P＞0.05). After treatment，the expression rates of CD3 + and CD3 +/ CD4 + in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment，and the increase of two rates in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the expression rates of CD19+ in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and the expression rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Danshen Injection combined with montelukast sodium has defined curative effect in the treatment of children with HSP，which can effectively relive their clinical symptoms and improve the immunity of body.
