Abstract ： The theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment of six channels- eight principles- prescription and syndrome was first put forward by Mr. HU Xishu， a famous master of prescriptions. This paper sorts out the articles in Shanghan Lun involving the pathological reaction of "sweating"， provides the corresponding prescriptions， and analyzes it from the theory of six channels- eight principles- prescription and syndrome. Taking the prescriptions as the outline and the articles as the key，this paper summarizes the channel entry of the prescriptions for treating sweating syndrome in Shanghan Lun and the key points of the prescriptions. It is considered that there are 23 prescriptions for treating sweating syndrome recorded in Shanghan Lun， except those which are not mentioned in the articles on Jueyin disease. The symptoms of sweating syndrome may vary in location， quantity， nature， flavor and accompanying symptoms， but the syndromes of sweating are still nothing but six-channel diseases or the combination of six-channel diseases.
