Abstract： Objective： To observe the application effect of Chinese medicine nursing on uterine fibroids during perioperative period. Methods：A total of 84 cases of patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group，42 cases in each group. During perioperative period，the control group was given routine nursing intervention，and the study group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine nursing based on the intervention of the control group. Postoperative ambulation time， anal exhaust time， hospitalization time， pain degree， quality of life and quality of nursing in the two groups were compared. Results： The postoperative ambulation time，anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in the study group were all shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.01). One week after operation，the score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.01)；the score of Quality of Life Assessment(QOL) in tumor patients in study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.01). The scores of basic nursing，ward management and nursing safety in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.01). Conclusion： The application of Chinese medicine nursing for uterine fibroids during perioperative nursing has significantly higher quality of nursing than that of routine nursing， which can effectively relieve the pain of patients， shorten the postoperative ambulation time， hospitalization time and anal exhaust time，and improve the quality of life.
