Abstract：Course of Jingui Yaolve is one of the main subjects of Chinese medicine classics，which plays an important role in cultivating students' thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment. Based on the traditional mode， research objects of the undergraduates of Chinese medicine in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were taught by the projectbased learning(PBL) mode to reform the mode of the course of Jingui Yaolve. Practice shows that PBL mode can improve students' interest in learning Jingui Yaolve， activate the teaching atmosphere， deepen their clinical thinking of Chinese medicine，and enhance consciousness of team cooperation.
