Abstract: Objective: To observe the curative effect of Chinese medicine dressing and point massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on patients with pressure sore in ICU. Methods:100 patients with pressure sore in ICU were divided into control group(50 cases, treated by western medicine), observation group(50 cases, treated with traditional Chinese medicine dressing and acupoint massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of control group). Both groups were treated for 14 days. The total effective rate, pain score, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate in the observation group(96.00%) was higher than in the control group(82.00%) (P<0.05). After intervention,nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher,and score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine dressing and point massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has a defined clinical effect on patients with pressure sore in ICU,which can not only enhance curative effect and alleviate pain,but also improve patient satisfaction.
