Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine nursing on nursing satisfaction,quality of life,sleep quality and cancer-related fatigue(CRF) degree in CRF patients after breast cancer surgery. Methods:A total of 110 cases of CRF patients after breast cancer surgery were selected as the study subjects, and divided into the control group and the study group according to the double- blind randomized method,55 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with routine nursing,and the study group was given Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for three weeks. The nursing satisfaction and the improvement of quality of life,sleep quality and CRF in the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results:The nursing satisfaction was 98.18% in the study group and 85.45% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing,the score of quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the scores of sleep quality, comprehensive fatigue effect and comprehensive fatigue degree in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,differences being significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: The intervention of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing for CRF patients after breast cancer surgery can improve their quality of life and sleep quality and relieve fatigue degree with high nursing satisfaction.
