摘要:

总结王新昌教授运用银翘散合增液汤化裁治疗早中期干燥综合征的经验，干燥综合征早中期的基本病因病机离不开气虚、阴亏，而燥热之邪是诱发造成该病症的主要因素，益气养阴为本病早中期的根本治疗原则。临证时当以整体观为指导，以辨证论治为宗旨，根据具体的病因病机和临床症状灵活化裁银翘散合增液汤进行治疗，可收到满意疗效。

Abstract：Prof.WANGXinchang'sexperienceofusingmodifiedYinqiaopowderandZengyetangtotreatearly-stageand middle-stageSjogren'ssyndromewassummarized，anditisbelievedthatthebasicetiologyandpathogenesisofearly- stageandmiddle-stageSjogren'ssyndromecouldnotbeseparatedfromqideficiencyandyindepletion；themainfactor inducingthisdiseaseisdryness-heatpathogen；andthatthebasictreatmentprincipleintheearlyandmiddlestagesofthis diseaseistoboostqiandnourishyin.Inclinicalpractice， thesatisfactorycurativeeffectcanbeobtainedbyflexible combinationofmodifiedYinqiaopowderandZengyetangaccordingtodifferentetiology，pathogenesisandclinicalsymptoms ofpatientsundertheguidanceoftheoverallconceptandbasedonsyndromedifferentiationandtreatment.
