Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Runzao Zhiyang capsules combined with loratadine for skin pruritus. Methods：A total of 80 cases of patients with skin pruritus were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with loratadine tablets， and the observation group was additionally treated with Runzao Zhiyang capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared. Results：After treatment，the total effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group and 72.50% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.50% in the observation group and 25.00% in the control group， differences being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Runzao Zhiyang capsules combined with loratadine for skin pruritus can improve the clinical effect and reduce the adverse reactions，whose curative effect is better than that of simple loratadine tablets.
