Abstract: Objective: To carry out bibliometric study and visual analysis of Jinkui Shenqi pills, and to explore the development status and hotspots of the study of Jinkui Shenqi pills in the past decade. Methods: Relevant literature from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2019 was searched in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI). Frequency analysis and bibliometric analysis were performed with the application of literature management software, Noteexpress. Keyword co- occurrence analysis and institution co- occurrence analysis were carried out by CiteSpace 5.6. A visual knowledge map in the research field of Jinkui Shenqi pills was drawn. Results:A total of 849 literature was included to find productive institutions, representative research teams, and representative researchers in this field by bibliometric analysis. ZHANG Xiangeng, the most productive researchers, published 12 articles. Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese medicine, the most productive institution, published 19 articles. Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine published 26 articles and topped in the number of published articles. Jinkui Shenqi pill was the keyword with the highest frequency and the highest centrality. The keyword Jinkui Shenqi pills formed 11 cluster labels with reasonable clustering. The research hotspots and fronts could be better analyzed by analysis of prominent keywords. Conclusion: At present, clinical research hotspots are integrative Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of common diabetes mellitus, diabetic nephropathy, osteoporosis, bronchial asthma, and chronic heart failure. Besides, the current focus of experimental research is the study on antioxidant and anti- aging mechanism of Jinkui Shenqi pills with the application of metabolomics technology. In the future, in combination with modern research methods, researchers can promote the study of modernization of Chinese medicine with network pharmacology and metabolomics technologies. Besides, the research and development of classic prescription should be the focus of future study of more scientific research teams.
