    目的:观察艾迪注射液辅助化疗治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:将 108 例妇科恶性肿瘤患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各 54 例。对照组采用常规化疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予艾迪注射液疗治疗。比较 2 组治疗前后T 淋巴细胞亚群 CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD3+、CD8+、自然杀伤 (NK) 细胞水平,检测干扰素-γ (IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、人附睾蛋白 4(HE4)、泌乳素(PRL)、血清恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)的变化情况。结果:治疗前,2 组 CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD3+、CD8+、NK 细胞比较,差异均无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。治疗后,2 组 CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD3+较治疗前降低,CD8+、NK 细胞较治疗前升高;但观察组 CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD3+高于对照组,CD8+、NK 细胞低于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2 组血清 IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IL-6、HE4、PRL、TSGF 水平比较,差异均无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。治疗后,2 组 IFN-γ、IL-2 水平较治疗前升高,IL-4、IL-10、IL-6、HE4、PRL、TSGF 水平较治疗前降低;且观察组 IFN-γ、IL-2 水平高于对照组,IL-4、IL-10、IL-6、HE4、PRL、TSGF 水平低于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液辅助化疗治疗妇科恶性肿瘤患者临床疗效显著,能有效改善细胞免疫功能,减轻细胞炎性因子水平。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of AD injection in adjuvant chemotherapy of gynecologic malignant tumor. Methods:A total of 108 cases of patients with gynecologic malignant tumor were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine chemotherapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with AD injection based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD3+ and CD8+,and natural killer(NK) were compared between the two groups. The changes in interferon- γ(IFN- γ), interleukin- 2(IL- 2), interleukin- 4(IL- 4), interleukin- 10(IL- 10), interleukin- 6(IL- 6), human epididymal protein 4(HE4), prolactin(PRL) and tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) in serum were measured. Results: Before treatment, when compared the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD3+,CD8+ and NK between the two groups,there was no significance in differences(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and CD3+ in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of CD8 + and NK were increased;the levels of CD4 +,CD4 +/CD8 +,and CD3 + in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8+ and NK were lower;differences were significant (P<0.05). Before treatment,when compared the levels of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-10,IL-6,HE4,PRL,and TSGF in serum between the two groups,there was no significance in differences(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of IL-4,IL-10,IL-6, HE4,PRL and TSGF were decreased;the levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-4,IL-10,IL-6,HE4,PRL and TSGF were lower;differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:AD injection in adjuvant chemotherapy of gynecologic malignant tumor has significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve cellular immunity,and reduce the level of inflammatory cellular factors.
