Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of AD injection in adjuvant chemotherapy of gynecologic malignant tumor. Methods:A total of 108 cases of patients with gynecologic malignant tumor were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine chemotherapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with AD injection based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD3+ and CD8+,and natural killer(NK) were compared between the two groups. The changes in interferon- γ(IFN- γ), interleukin- 2(IL- 2), interleukin- 4(IL- 4), interleukin- 10(IL- 10), interleukin- 6(IL- 6), human epididymal protein 4(HE4), prolactin(PRL) and tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) in serum were measured. Results: Before treatment, when compared the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD3+,CD8+ and NK between the two groups,there was no significance in differences(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and CD3+ in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of CD8 + and NK were increased;the levels of CD4 +,CD4 +/CD8 +,and CD3 + in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8+ and NK were lower;differences were significant (P<0.05). Before treatment,when compared the levels of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-10,IL-6,HE4,PRL,and TSGF in serum between the two groups,there was no significance in differences(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of IL-4,IL-10,IL-6, HE4,PRL and TSGF were decreased;the levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-4,IL-10,IL-6,HE4,PRL and TSGF were lower;differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:AD injection in adjuvant chemotherapy of gynecologic malignant tumor has significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve cellular immunity,and reduce the level of inflammatory cellular factors.
