止咳平喘方辅助布地奈德雾化对支气管哮喘患儿肺换气功能及血清miR-155、miR-21的影响

    目的:探讨止咳平喘方辅助布地奈德雾化对支气管哮喘患儿肺换气功能及血清 miR-155、miR-21 的影响。方法:将支气管哮喘患儿 90 例随机分为对照组与试验组,每组 45 例,对照组给予常规治疗及布地奈德雾化,试验组在常规治疗基础上采用止咳平喘方辅助布地奈德雾化治疗,观察治疗前后患儿中医证候积分变化,咳嗽消失时间、憋喘消失时间、肺哮鸣音消失时间,肺功能变化及血清 miR-155、miR-21 变化。结果:2 组主症、次症的中医证候积分治疗后较治疗前明显下降,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),且试验组治疗后低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。试验组咳嗽消失时间、憋喘消失时间、肺哮鸣音消失时间短于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。2 组治疗后肺功能较治疗前改善,具有统计学差异(P0.05),试验组肺功能改善程度优于对照组,具有统计学差异 (P<0.05)。2 组治疗后较治疗前 miR-155 升高、miR-21 下降,具有统计学差异 (P< 0.05),且试验组 miR-155 升高、miR-21 下降程度较对照组更为明显,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:止咳平喘方辅助布地奈德雾化有助于改善支气管哮喘患儿肺换气功能,调节血清 miR-155、miR-21 表达,缩短症状改善时间。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Objective:To discuss the effect of aerosol inhalation of budesonide assisted with Zhike Pingchuan prescription on the function of pulmonary gas exchange and miR-155 and miR-21 in serum of children with bronchial asthma. Methods: A total of 90 cases of children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and aerosol inhalation of budesonide,and the experimental group was additionally treated with Zhike Pingchuan prescription based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment,the changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores,the lung function,and miR-155 and miR- 21 in serum were observed. The disappearance time of cough,heavy breath,and wheezing sound was observed. Results: After treatment,the scores of main syndrome and minor syndrome of Chinese medicine in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment,the difference being significant(P<0.05),and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The disappearance time of cough,heavy breath,and wheezing sound in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,pulmonary function in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment,the difference being significant(P<0.05),and the degree of improvement in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, in the two groups,miR-155 was increased when compared with that before treatment,and miR-21 was decreased,the difference being significant(P<0.05); the increase of miR- 155 and the decrease of miR- 21 in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of aerosol inhalation of budesonide assisted with Zhike Pingchuan prescription is conducive to improving the function of pulmonary gas exchange of children with bronchial asthma,regulating the expression of miR-155 and miR-21 in serum,and accelerating the improvement of symptoms.
