Study on Correlation Between Distribution Features of Chinese Medicine Constitutions of Patients with Early Diabetic Nephropathy and Indexes of FBG,Alb and Hb
Abstract: Objective: To discuss the relationship between distribution features of Chinese medicine constitutions of patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN) and indexes of fasting blood glucose (FBG),albumin (Alb) and hemoglobin (Hb). Methods: A total of 300 cases of patients with early DN were enrolled as the early DN group. Another 300 diabetic patients without DN were selected as the control group. The distribution features of constitutions in the early DN group were observed. The indexes of FBG, Alb and Hb were measured and compared. Results: When compared the distribution of moderate constitution, qi deficiency constitution, yang deficiency constitution, and blood stasis constitution between the two groups, there was significance in the difference(P<0.05). Compared with those in the control group,in the early DN group, the level of FBG and Alb were higher, and the level of Hb was lower, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The frequency of complications in the early DN group was higher than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P< 0.05). According to the non-conditional logistic regression analysis with constitutions as a risk factor for early DN patients,it was found that yin deficiency constitution,qi deficiency constitution, blood stasis constitution and moderate constitution were the risk factors for early DN,and blood stasis constitution contributed most to the occurrence of early DN in diabetic patients. Conclusion: In patients with early DN, the distribution of Chinese medicine constitutions is dominated by qi deficiency constitution, yin deficiency constitution and blood stasis constitution. Their levels of FBG, Alb, Hb and other indexes are significantly different from those of ordinary diabetic patients, and are prone to various complications. It is of great significance to identify and formulate targeted management measures as soon as possible to improve the prognosis quality of patients.
