Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of Fuyuan Huoxue tang combined with Shirun Shaoshang ointment on wound healing，the hemodynamics of dorsal artery of foot，and lower limb function of patients with diabetic foot. Methods：A total of 88 cases of patients with diabetic foot were selected as the study subjects and were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method， 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Shirun Shaoshang ointment，and the study group was additionally treated with Fuyuan Huoxue tang based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect，wound healing，the hemodynamics of dorsal artery of foot，and nerve conduction function of lower limbs were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 88.64% in the study group，and 61.36% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the area of wound and pH of wound in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and transcutaneous oxygen pressure was increased(P＜0.05)； the improvement of the above indexes in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the diameter and blood flow of dorsal artery of foot in the two groups were increased(P＜0.05)， and peak velocity was decreased when compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05)； the improvement of the above indexes in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the sensory conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and the motor conduction velocity of tibial nerve in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the velocity above in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：For the patients with diabetic foot，the therapy of Fuyuan Huoxue tang combined with Shirun Shaoshang ointment can effectively relieve their clinical symptoms， promote wound healing，resolve the abnormal hemodynamics of dorsal artery of foot，and improve the nerve conduction function of lower imbs.
