Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qihong tang combined with bisoprolol for coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure. Methods:A total of 106 cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with bisoprolol, and the observation group was treated with Qihong tang combined with bisoprolol. Both groups were treated for two months. The clinical effect in the two groups was evaluated;the changes in the related indexes such as left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd), left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESd),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(HS-CRP) in plasma and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT- proBNP) were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 88.67% in the observation group, higher than that of 73.58% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,LVEF values in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the values of LVEDd and LVESd were decreased(P<0.05); the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of plasma hs-CRP and NT-proBNP in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P< 0.05),and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). During treatment, there was no abnormality in blood and urine routine as well as liver and kidney function, and no treatment- related adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion: The therapy of Qihong tang combined with bisoprolol has significant effect in treating coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure, which can improve the heart function of patients and regulate the levels of plasma hs-CRP and NT-proBNP,with safe and reliable medication.
