Abstract：Objective：To observe and analyze the effect of Chinese medicine nursing combined with health education on dysuria in fractured patients during bed rest. Methods：A total of 68 cases of fractured patients with dysuria during bed rest were divided into the control group and the experiment group by random draw，34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing，and the experiment group was given Chinese medicine nursing combined with health education. The nursing effect，nursing satisfaction and symptom scores in the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate was 94.12% in the experiment group，higher than that of 70.59% in the control group，the difference being significant (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 91.18% in the experiment group，higher than that of 70.59% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After nursing， the symptom scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before nursing，and the scores in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The application of Chinese medicine nursing combined with health education on dysuria in fractured patients during bed rest has achieved ideal effect， which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms to make their urination more smooth and make patients feel more satisfied.
