Effect of Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing Combined with Routine Nursing Inter⁃ vention on Self-Efficacy and Bad Emotions in Patients After Operation for Breast Cancer
Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with routine nursing intervention on self-efficacy and bad emotions in patients after operation for breast cancer. Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients undergoing operation for breast cancer were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group. The control group was given postoperative routine nursing,and the study group was additionally given Chinese medicine emotional nursing based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after intervention, the scores of self- efficacy, bad emotions and quality of life in the two groups were compared. Results: Before intervention, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of scores of Self- rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of each score in General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES) between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention,the scores in GSES in the two groups were increased when compared with those before intervention, and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). Before intervention,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the score of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of quality of life in the two groups were increased when compared with those before intervention,and the score in the study group was higher than that in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of Chinese medicine emotional nursing can improve self-efficacy,bad emotions and quality of life of patients after operation for breast cancer.
