Abstract:Objective:To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with madopar for sleep disorders in Parkinson disease. Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with sleep disorders in Parkinson disease treated from August, 2017 to May, 2019 were divided into the combination group and the western medicine group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group. The western medicine group was given oral administration of madopar,and the combination group was additionally treated with electroacupuncture based on the treatment of the western medicine group. Both groups were treated for two courses, four weeks being a course. The clinical effect in the two groups was compared. Before and after treatment, the levels of 5- hydroxytryptamine(5- HT), dopamine(DA) and brain- derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) in serum were detected and compared; the scores of Unified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS),Parkinson Disease Sleep Scale(PDSS) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) were observed;the anxiety in the two groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate in the combination group was higher than that in the western medicine group,and there was significant difference being found in the comparison of the clinical effect between the two groups(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of 5- HT,DA and BDNF in the two groups were increased,and the above changes in the combination group were more significant than those in the western medicine group, differences being significant(P<0.05); the scores of UPDRS and PSQI in the two groups were decreased, and the PDSS scores were increased,and the above changes in the combination group were more significant than those in the western medicine group (P<0.05);the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease in the combination group was more significant,differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of electroacupuncture combined with madopar has significant clinical effect in treating sleep disorders in Parkinson disease, and can significantly improve serum levels and sleep quality and relieve the anxiety of patients,whose curative effect is better than that of simple madopar.
