Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Guishao tang for recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods: A total of 120 cases of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium,and the study group was treated with Shenqi Guishao tang. The tubal patent rate,the rate of repeated abortion,the success rate of intrauterine pregnancy and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared; Chinese medicine syndrome scores and hormone levels were counted and analyzed. Results: After treatment,the tubal patent rate and the success rate of intrauterine pregnancy in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the rate of repeated abortion was lower,differences being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P) and estradiol(E2) in serum between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH,P and E2 in the two groups were all higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.4% in the study group,lower than that of 20.0% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of Shenqi Guishao tang has significant curative effect in treating recurrent spontaneous abortion, which can improve the success rate of intrauterine pregnancy, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and relieve the clinical symptoms of threatened abortion after conception.
