Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Weisu granules for patients with chronic gastritis. Methods：A total of 96 cases of patients with chronic gastritis were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method， 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amoxicillin capsules，Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules and clarithromycin tablets，and the treatment group was additionally treated with Weisu granules based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect， remission time of symptoms and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate was 95.83% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The remission time of abdominal distension， abdominal pain and belching in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group，the difference being significant (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.17% in the treatment group and 16.67% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The application of Weisu granules has definite curative effect in treating patients with chronic gastritis，which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and reduce adverse reactions.
