Effect of Moxa Cone Moxibustion Combined with Nursing Intervention on Hemorheol⁃ ogy, Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function in Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammation
Abstract: Objective: To discuss the effect of moxa cone moxibustion combined with nursing intervention on hemorheology, inflammatory factors and immune function in patients with chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with routine western medicine;the control group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, and the observation group was additionally given moxa cone moxibustion based on the intervention of the control group. The clinical effect, hemorheology, inflammatory factors, immune function and scores of quality of life, anxiety and depression in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 97.50% in the observation group, higher than that of 77.50% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the hematocrit, plasma viscosity, high- shear whole blood viscosity and low- shear whole blood viscosity in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the hemorheology indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3 + , CD4 + and CD8 + in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of quality of life in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, and the scores of anxiety and depression were decreased(P<0.05); the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of moxa cone moxibustion combined with nursing intervention has significant clinical effect for patients with chronic pelvic inflammation, which can improve hemorheology indexes, immune function and quality of life, and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and bad emotions.
